“Our approach to SEO and PPC blends maths and science with a deep understanding of language structure, colloquialisms and the issues that drive both the buying habits of customers and the reputations of our clients,” adds Harris. “The world of search marketing is always evolving, so our people need to be constantly aware of industry developments so we can adapt and keep our clients ahead of the game. Maintaining satisfied and challenged employees is absolutely essential to our success. After all, they are the ones that help us enhance our clients’ search rankings, develop new services and ensure our business is continually primed for growth.”

Regular engagement and visibility with the management occurs in weekly knowledge sharing sessions. This gives team members the opportunity to input creative ideas and influence decisions that impact the overall direction of the business.

The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For accreditation was established to recognise and reward excellence in the workplace and is based on a voluntary employee survey, conducted by Best Companies.
