Epiphany has announced that 2011 represented another year of growth in revenue, team size and client portfolio.

The London and Leeds based search marketing agency has grown continually for the last four years and has recently won a raft of new SEO, PPC and Web Development clients. Recent client wins include global real estate services provider Savills plc, leading book seller Waterstones and Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group Kempinski.

The agency is changing its structure to enable it to enter into another exciting phase of growth. The structure sees the creation of an operations board, comprising of senior staff that have been recruited over the last three years with this forward step in mind.

The Epiphany Operations Board brings together 7 senior members of the Epiphany team who have a combined experience of over 80 years in the industry. The operations board reports to an Executive Board comprising of company shareholders, including founders Shane Quigley and Robin Skidmore, who take on new roles as Non-Executive Directors, and Rob Shaw who steps into a new role as CEO following four years as MD at Epiphany.

Epiphany have also issued share options to every staff member, CEO Robert Shaw said “This marks a new chapter for Epiphany. Constant innovation means that we’ve grown quickly into one of the biggest search marketing agencies in the UK, our people and culture are central to that success and we are rewarding their hard work by giving them a financial stake in the company”.

The 86 strong team also announced that its plans for growth will see the 100th member of the team joining this summer.
