The Leeds and London based search marketing agency has announced that it grew its revenue from management fees by 54%, reaching a turnover of almost £5 million in 2011.

Epiphany has now recorded 5 years of consecutive growth and, with campaigns currently live in over 33 countries, is forecasting another year of success in 2012.

Epiphany CEO Rob Shaw said, “We’re winning business because of our innovative and results focused approach to search marketing and web development“.

The agency has recently won accounts with leading independent recruitment agency Rullion, Leeds University Business School, one of the UK's fastest growing independent jewellery retailers John Greed Jewellery and Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group Kempinski.

Director at Rullion Solutions James Saoulli commented "We chose Epiphany to be our digital marketing partners because they offered a compelling blend of high quality website design and SEO expertise."

Samantha Martin-Smith, Marketing Manager at Leeds University Business School said, “What Epiphany is doing is way ahead of anything we have done with SEO before”. Epiphany employs a large number of graduates every year from a variety of backgrounds including mathematics, communications, IT and journalism and has recently announced details of its graduate scheme for 2012.

The agency is predicting that it will recruit its 100th member of staff by the autumn having grown to a team of over 80 in February 2012.
