London, 25 April 2012 – Econsultancy has launched a two day course in E-commerce and Online Retailing focusing on the customer journey and increasing customer value through a multichannel offering.

The Fast Track E-commerce and Online Retailing Course is suitable for anyone new to e-commerce or digital marketing and who wants an overview of online merchandising and selling, data management, usability and testing.
