As part of its ongoing commitment to the region, Econsultancy, the globally distinguished training, publishing and events company, has developed a specialist e-commerce training course.
This two day fast-track course was developed over several months alongside the Kongo Group, an expert agency in e-commerce solutions and business systems.
Covering the core ecommerce fundamentals, the course is suitable for entrants into online selling, or for retailers with digital experience looking to refresh their knowledge. Training sessions will be delivered in Sydney and Melbourne, with the programme beginning later this month.
Topics covered include marketing and acquisition, online merchandising, e-commerce platforms, channel integration, customer retention and services, mobile commerce, social commerce, usability and user experience and performance frameworking.
