500% growth over three years secures success for Somo in Media Momentum’s Top 50
London, 28 May 2012: Somo (www.somoglobal.com) has been named as the fastest growing mobile company in Europe and third fastest growing digital company overall in the 2012 Media Momentum Awards, after increasing its revenues by 508% over the last three years.
The awards, organised by leading investment bankers GP Bullhound, recognise the most innovative and fastest growing companies in the European digital economy. Founded in 2009, Somo provides mobile strategy, web and app development, advertising services and mobile technology solutions to clients including Audi, Paddy Power, Domino’s and News International.
Speaking about the awards, Manish Madhvani, Managing Partner at GP Bullhound, said “Every year the Media Momentum Top 50 companies demonstrate the continuing health and vitality of the digital industry, despite continuing global economic pressures.
