Designed by marketing specialists for marketing specialists, digital consultancy, Livelink’s latest offering, the Customer Engagement Platform, which launched last week, has been twelve months in production and promises to give anything coming out of Silicon Valley a run for its money in the coming months.

The Customer Engagement Platform has been designed to present marketing teams with a single source solution to easily manage, optimise and share content across all online and offline channels without the need for any IT resources. Aimed at SMEs, it has been pitched as a self-service campaign management system however there is also an option to have it fully managed by the team at Livelink.

The system is built to enable marketing teams of all sizes to orchestrate and deliver relevant, personalised customer communications across web, email, social, survey, mobile and direct mail.
