SapientNitro has been appointed Vodafone UK’s web analytics partner as the mobile phone network looks to further improve its online customer experience.
The one year contract will see the SapientNitro team work closely with Vodafone to identify and drive insights, enabling continuous improvement of the company’s web channel and increase its relevance to consumers.
The win builds upon SapientNitro and Vodafone's existing relationship. The agency has been working with the brand for eight years in the online and web analytics market.
