Sanderson, the publicly owned UK provider of multi-channel retail software, has implemented its Elucid system at Lily Lolo, an award winning retailer of innovative mineral cosmetics and make-up accessories. The new system was chosen to support the long-term growth of their mail order, online and B2B operations and deliver increased visibility and control across the business.

Using Elucid, Lily Lolo offers customers an enhanced buying experience and improved service levels via their website, with the introduction of new customer focused features. Real-time integration with the Elucid back office system ensures fast sales order processing, prompt order despatching, and real-time stock control, increasing operational efficiencies. Whilst accurate stock levels removes the risk of selling ‘out of stock’ items and allows for more efficient stock forecasting and purchasing, which is central to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

In addition, Lily Lolo is benefiting from improved sales and marketing capabilities with a single view of their customers across all channels. Detailed customer profiling, essential for creating customer specific promotions, is helping to generate additional sales revenues. Lily Lolo has also introduced a loyalty scheme to encourage customer retention and launched their ‘Free Sample Service’ to drive new customer recruitment.

Arfan Khan, Operations Director, Lily Lolo, comments:
“The Elucid solution provided the ideal platform in terms of multi-channel integration, reliability and scalability in supporting growing businesses for the long term. We now have complete visibility of our business information which is vital for the ongoing development of our customer service, marketing and purchasing strategies.”

Ian Newcombe, Managing Director, Sanderson Multi-Channel Solutions, added:
“I am delighted that Lily Lolo has chosen Elucid to manage their business during this exciting period of growth. We have a successful track record within the Health & Beauty industry and we look forward to working with Lily Lolo in supporting their future business plans.”
