Creative influence agency (TMW) has announced some important promotions within its senior management team as it celebrates its 25th anniversary. Effective from 1st August, Chris Freeland is promoted to the role chief operating officer, with a core focus on the agency’s growth and operational development. Chris Pearce is promoted to managing director, focusing on the agency’s strategic positioning, service offering and client development. Both will report into Richard Marshall who takes on the role of chief executive officer.
