This release redefines the way marketers can approach their campaigns, making traditionally complex marketing processes simple.

emarsys eMarketing Suite version 7.0 will be available with Smart Insight a customer intelligence solution based on emarsys’ own big data platform. With Smart Insight clients can store unlimited amounts of data from various contact touch points providing real-time, clear and transparent actionable intelligence that improves campaign effectiveness.

Marketers are shifting from creating campaigns manually to wanting to have the majority of online communication with their customers fully automated. With this latest release, eMarketing Suite makes this possible by combining customer data from Smart Insight, business processes and multi-channel execution through an intuitive visual landscape called Automation Center.

Automation Center can create automated transactional campaigns that run seamlessly in the background, recurring campaigns based on customer lifecycles or create multi-step, multi-channel ad-hoc campaigns. In response to the growth of email communications being opened on mobile devices, emarsys eMarketing Suite version 7 offers Mobile Sense- an application that automatically re-formats desktop emails for optimised viewing on mobile devices, removing the worry of on what device the email will be read. Mobile Sense converts desktop multi-column emails to single column on the mobile device and changes text links to large buttons both of which help to significantly improve click rates.

Version 7.0 also gets a ‘visual make-over’ from the last version with a redesigned User Interface realising the theme of helping make complex marketing simple.
