E-learning service vision2learn has launched a brand new online course in Customer Service Knowledge.
Vision2learn is the UK’s first and only complete, integrated and accredited service designed specifically for the FE sector in England.
This new Customer Service course leads to a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service Knowledge and helps people to improve their communication skills and develop a deeper understanding of customer needs.
Five practical, work-related vision2learn online courses are now available in subjects including IT, Business and Administration, Equality and Diversity and Customer Service.
Vision2learn courses are Government-funded and free to people aged 19+ and living in England.
Studying online with vision2learn enables people to learn at work or home from an internet-connected PC and achieve nationally recognised, accredited qualifications. It’s an ideal way for small business to promote employee development and for people from all walks of life to gain practical, transferable skills, perfect for any workplace.
Once assigned to a local college, students can work independently through study units and complete assessments on vision2learn’s interactive study area. Each student has an experienced online tutor to offer help and support throughout their course.
