Diet Chef, the UK’s largest delivered diet company, is planning to improve communication with its online users by investing in behavioural email. The company that delivers hampers of calorie counted healthy dishes straight to your door will be running a series of behavioural emails focusing on building rapport with new site users and targeting users abandoning an online transaction. The company aims to improve conversion and increase online sales.
The behavioural email campaign will be implemented by RedEye, the specialist in email and website optimisation.
