Foolproof specialises in evidence-based design, involving real customers in the design process to create new experiences across all digital channels, and works with some of the world’s biggest brands such as HSBC, Shell, easyJet, Nationwide, Domino’s Pizza and Unilever in more than 20 markets worldwide.
The Sunday Times survey revealed that employees felt excited about where the company is going (93%), and that their work at Foolproof makes a positive difference in the world (83%).
Peter Ballard, Managing Partner, said: “Our business is a people business through and through. You can’t give clients the very best advice unless you can attract and keep the very best people in the Industry. Last year was a period of both change and growth for Foolproof, as we launched new Strategy and Design practices within the business. We also spent a lot of time, as a whole team, agreeing on an exciting vision and future direction for the agency. Being recognised as a top company to work for is a massive endorsement of that vision, and all the people we have around us delivering against it.”
