WHAT: SDL (LSE: SDL) will host the 4th annual Innovate Conference on global customer experience management in San Jose, CA on June 13 and 14. Global leaders and successful innovators will share best practices for how they are winning the hearts and minds of their customers.

Silicon Valley author, publisher and entrepreneur, Guy Kawasaki, will kick-off the first day with an inspiring keynote talk. Attendees will have an opportunity to select from a series of tracks focused on customer experience Insights, Orchestration and Contextual Experiences. Thought leaders from the some of the world’s top brands, as well as leading industry analysts and key SDL executives will lead over 12 sessions of thought provoking presentations and discussions. Kerry Bodine of Forrester Research, Inc. will provide the closing keynote and is certain to stimulate ideas with her talk, “Customer Experience is the Greatest Untapped Source of Profits.”

SDL technology innovations will headline the day on Friday, June 14th. There will be more than 30 sessions across multiple tracks, offering technology and best practice insights from workshops, panel sessions, roadmap presentations, trainings and more.
