11th June 2013: Top Right Group, the business-to-business multiplatform media group, has signed a deal with consumer intelligence specialists, Sky IQ, to help overhaul its marketing and customer insight processes.

Top Right Group includes three standalone businesses: i2i Events Group, which runs global exhibitions and large scale events; foresight business 4C Group; and EMAP, the brand-led news, insight and events unit.

Sky IQ’s overall objective is to help drive Top Right Group’s revenues by; increasing its customer retention, improving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and creating enhanced operational efficiencies.

As part of its work, Sky IQ is building a deeper understanding of the channels which influence customers for each Top Right division. Sky IQ have developed a marketing intelligence platform that will allow Top Right Group to identify on-going actionable insights about its customers and ultimately deliver data-led marketing campaigns to reach them more effectively. The project has been delivered on time and to budget and the platform will now be self-serviced by Top Right Group.
