Award winning digital agency INK Digital and creative branding company NextBigThing have joined forces to launch the new website for London’s iconic landmark, The Leadenhall Building.

Nicknamed ‘The Cheesegrater’ due to its distinctive profile, The Leadenhall Building is sandwiched between The Gherkin and Lloyds of London and has been designed by Graham Stirk, partner at world-renowned architecture practice Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.

Halifax based INK Digital and London’s NextBigThing have formed a strong partnership to develop the digital presence for this exciting and incredibly innovative project for commercial real estate companies British Land and Oxford Properties.

The website ( features a clever responsive layout with auto scaling image galleries, interactive maps and floorplans as well as displaying the unique views available from each individual floor of the building. The site also includes integrated social media features, with an image upload function for inclusion on the Leadenhall Building Pinterest boards as well as scrolling Twitter feed and Pinterest board widgets.

Working to incredibly tight deadlines, the new site was launched in time for the building’s main milestone, the Topping Out Ceremony which was attended by Boris Johnson, Mayor of London, and celebrated the construction reaching its 224-metre height.
