Lenovo and AMV BBDO and Nielsen to take the stage at TubeMogul University Europe
Leading Brand Advertising Executives to Share Insights at Industry Conference on Lake Como, Italy from 2nd – 4th October
LONDON – September 2013: TubeMogul, the leader in automated buying of video ads, will hold its third TubeMogul University event on 2-4 October by Italy’s Lake Como, providing education sessions, platform training and creative seminars for key stakeholders in the digital video advertising market.
“TubeMogul University Europe will bring together the industry’s most innovative digital media companies to learn more about how the shift from TV to digital affects our market both technologically and creatively,” says Nick Reid, UK managing director. “The programmatic trading ecosystem is growing to such a sophisticated level that it deserves its own conference, where creative and media teams can work together to create the best possible experience for brands, users and publishers.”
Representatives from Europe’s leading brands, media agencies, trading desks, publisher-side partners and creative advertising agencies will gather to hear presentations from Lenovo’s Gary Milner, Director of Global Digital Marketing; Nielsen Vice President of Media, Andrew Bradford; Jonny Spindler, Chief Innovation Officer at AMV BBDO; Brett Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of TubeMogul; and others.
Breakout sessions include “The Convergence of TV & Digital,” “Unifying the Brand with Programmatic,” “Audience Ratings: Big Data Meets Disciplined Media,” “The Future of Video Advertising” and more.
TubeMogul’s creative seminar is dedicated to the convergence of creativity and technology, with discourse from Jonny Spindler of AMV BBDO.
Jonny says: “With the majority of online video advertising still predominantly TV re-purposed for digital formats, it's time to start thinking about how new technologies can be combined with original creative ideas for digital channels, generating greater relevancy and effectiveness amongst the target audience. During my session at TubeMogul University I’ll aim to challenge the audience to be more creative in their work, explore what the future holds for video and delve into how I think the worlds of media buying and creative can work more effectively to achieve their shared goals.”
This is the first time TubeMogul University has come to Europe after holding its first summit in California’s Napa Valley in 2012 and its second event in Australia’s Hunter Valley in May this year.
Attendees include executives from Accuen, Amnet, Annalect, Cadreon, GroupM, Havas, Infectious Media, Lenovo, MediaCom, Nielsen and Xaxis.
