MIVA, Inc., which previously operated as Espotting and the FindWhat group of companies, also introduced various new products and features.

MIVA is dedicated exclusively to helping businesses grow by delivering qualified leads to advertisers, increasing revenue for distribution partners, facilitating commerce for online merchants and providing relevant information to Internet users.

The Company's ticker symbol has changed to MIVA effective today, June 13, 2005; NASDAQ: FWHT inquiries will be redirected to NASDAQ: MIVA.

The new website sees the introduction of a number of new features. For advertisers, MIVA is enhancing the reporting functionality for its Pay-Per-Click Ads.
