The multi award-winning creative Ian Bates – known to many as ‘Batesy’ – has been poached by The Real Adventure, ‘the clever CRM agency’, part of the Creston group. He joins as Board Creative Director with responsibility for building the agency’s 'clever CRM' reputation, both creatively and beyond.
Ian brings 13 years’ experience in Creative Director roles, most recently at Indicia, and a strong background in delivering creative work that builds brands. He has brought his unending enthusiasm and skills to a range of blue-chip brands across a number of sectors over these years, delivering award-winning work and driving significant growth for the agencies. He is Vice Chair of the DMA Agency Council, a member of the DMA Grand Prix panel and a D&AD judge in 2013.
