TMW, the Intelligent Influence agency, has strengthened its management line-up with the promotion of Chris Buckley and Vikki Morgan, who take on the roles of director of digital engagement and head of social respectively.

Formerly TMW’s director of social engagement, Buckley’s new position reflects the greater breadth of digital solutions that he is responsible for at the agency. In the newly created role of director of digital engagement, he will help clients integrate their social, CRM and content marketing strategies to deliver a cohesive digital experience for consumers. Part of Buckley’s role will also be to keep a close eye on emerging technologies to ensure clients are able to adapt quickly to the changing digital landscape.

Having joined TMW 18 months ago to establish the agency’s community management capability, Morgan’s team is today responsible for over 30 brand communities for clients including Unilever’s Lynx, Flora and Persil brands and luxury automotive brand Infiniti. As head of social, Morgan will add influencer outreach, brand partnerships and UGC to her remit, reflecting the growing emphasis that brands are putting on developing their social voice. As well as being a rising star at TMW, Morgan is widely recognised as one of the most influential women in digital. Earlier this year, she was a finalist at Campaign / IPA’s Women of Tomorrow competition and made it into RED Magazine’s 30 women under 30.
