AdManager V8 Allows Web Publishers and Media Networks to Turn Ad Inventory into a Performance Driven Vehicle with Many New Features and Other Enhancements
LONDON, UK and RALEIGH, NC – April 20, 2005 – Accipiter Solutions, Inc., an online advertising technology leader since 1996, today announced the upcoming general availability of AdManager V8, scheduled for delivery this quarter. AdManager V8, currently in Beta, is the 8th generation of Accipiter’s flagship online advertising technology. Updates to Accipiter’s behavioral targeting solution, VIBE, also move into Beta mode this quarter. Both product updates are based directly on customer-driven needs and reflects a true real-market demand for comprehensive ad management and targeting solutions.
AdManager V8 has a vast set of new features and other enhancements including:
- Enhanced action tracking - tracks visitor’s post-click and post-impression actions, providing quantifiable data used to discover the most successful sites, areas, or other parameters. Publishers and media networks can deliver more value to advertisers by delivering a more accurate measure of a site’s ROI.
- Enhanced campaign optimization - fully optimize campaign results by controlling how AdManager prioritizes and targets ads.
- Campaign segmentation - when activated, AdManager optimizes campaigns in each segment to which it is being delivered. Thus, a campaign can be delivered more often to better-performing sites or areas, ultimately increasing revenue while requiring less inventory.
- Campaign tiering - assign campaigns to tiers based on the type of inventory being sold. For example, a customer can create tiers for action-based campaigns, click-based campaigns, and impression-based campaigns and rank them appropriately.
- Campaign containers - group together related campaigns and assign them a weight. Campaigns are delivered based on their assigned weight and will expire once their assigned goals have been met.
- Enhanced keyword functionality - keywords can be set based on an exact match or a wildcard match to allow for more focused and interest-level targeting.
- Session-based behavioral targeting - maximize the highest value audience by targeting them with timely promotions based on areas they have visited during their current session.
