Innometrics, providers of Profile Cloud, the platform for creating actionable customer intelligence for omni-channel organisations, today announced that it has opened a new Central London office to better serve the UK market.

The customer profile provider, headquartered in Sweden, has experienced growth of 300% in the past year. More than 50 major brands across all Industries have adopted Profile Cloud, a SaaS-based application which dynamically combines different sources of customer activity, existing in-house customer data and online behaviour to create one powerful, actionable, real-time profile for each customer.

Due to recent funding and a fast-growing UK customer base, Innometrics has moved to larger offices in Central London and has made a number of new hires. The UK team, led by Andy Walker, previously of Omniture and Adobe, will support the growing customer base and meet the demands of brands looking to personalise their marketing.

“The UK market represents a huge opportunity for Innometrics,” explains Walker. “Brands are under pressure to treat customers as individuals and provide a personalised brand experience, yet with the proliferation of channels and data, it is near impossible to do so. We already have a number of UK brands on board and are now able to provide them with local support.”
