Davidson will assume responsibility for the business’ overall performance from an operations perspective, and focus predominantly on company talent and culture, business systems and processes and day-to-day production. She will report directly to Natalie Gross, Chief Executive Officer.

Davidson’s impressive career in the digital industry spans more than two decades with positions held at some of the most well respected agencies, including Comchango (EMC Consulting), where she was Head of Retail Media & Entertainment and grew the division to over 65 people whilst generating £22m in revenue. Prior to this, she was Head of Strategy at Future Technologies, where she bought and sold new technology on behalf of the UK government.

Most recently, Davidson was Managing Director of independent digital agency TH_NK, which more than doubled in size under her management. She is also a Member of the BBC’s Online Advisory Group and Non-Exec Director at social media company LIBERTY842.
