Pugsley joins from McCann London, where he was Planning Partner, responsible for brand and communications planning and digital strategy for clients including L'Oreal Paris, General Mills and Johnson & Johnson. He was also instrumental in developing a new agency process to drive collaborative thinking.
Pugsley held a number of strategic planning roles in his native Australia, at JWT, Mindshare and Sputnik Agency, before coming to the UK to join McCann London in 2012.
His appointment reflects DigitasLBi's continued commitment to hiring the industry’s best talent, in order to help transform brands for the digital age.
At DigitasLBi, Pugsley will lead creative strategy for some of the agency’s key clients, working as part of a blended team of strategists, creatives and technologists. He will be based in DigitasLBi's London office and will report to Ed Beard, Head of Creative Strategy.
Ed Beard, Head of Creative Strategy at DigitasLBi said: “Harry's passion for innovation and his desire to work collaboratively make him a perfect fit for DigitasLBi.
