Nick Keating, VP EMEA, Maxymiser, comments, “Our success symposia are highly insightful, practical experiences for existing customers and prospects who may be interested in learning more about customer experience optimisation. We also operate two presentation tracks to allow those organisations that are more advanced in their optimisation strategies to have more in depth discussions, while also sharing the basic principles behind optimisation with companies who are new to it.”
Matthew Curry, Director of Ecommerce, Lovehoney, commented, “The success symposia that Maxymiser hold are a fantastic opportunity to share experiences and discuss best practise, a vital component of success. It’s always interesting to see how other organisations are communicating optimisation into their online strategy and likewise, I thrive off sharing the success of Lovehoney. The symposia also give a sneak peak of the latest and greatest in Maxymiser technology, sparking new campaign ideas. And last but not least, the team at Maxymiser are a pleasure to work with so it’s always nice to see some old friends.”
Nick Keating concludes, “We know that in today’s digital world online businesses require a strategy that truly puts the customer at the centre of the online experience; this symposium will help businesses understand how to achieve that. In addition, the event provides a number of networking opportunities where delegates have the chance to network with fellow digital marketing professionals as well as ask questions to the speakers and experts about the topics discussed.”
