Maxymiser, the global leader in unified customer experience optimisation, is holding its bi-annual Customer Success Symposium on the afternoon of Thursday 18th September at The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), in central London.
More than two hundred delegates will be in attendance from organisations including Paddy Power, House of Fraser and Orange, who will present how they have improved their online business performance with Maxymiser by delivering optimised and targeted customer experiences seamlessly across multiple digital channels and sites.
The presentations will provide delegates with an in-depth insight into some of the key business challenges facing leading online retailers, gaming providers and travel companies as well as education around how an effective optimisation and personalisation strategy can improve online business performance.
