Maxymiser, the global leader in unified customer experience optimisation, today announces that its bi-annual Customer Success Symposium will be held on Thursday 19th March 2015 at The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), in central London.

Over a hundred organisations, both current and prospective customers, will be in attendance at the Symposium, including House of Fraser, Betclic,, Three, Lovehoney and Admiral, who will be discussing how their overall business performance has been enhanced since implementing a cross channel optimisation strategy with Maxymiser. In addition to this, Maxymiser will host a presentation that discusses the direction of Customer Experience Optimisation (CXO) in 2015.

Following the success of the last Customer Success Symposium in September 2014, this year’s Symposium will continue to celebrate the success of Maxymiser’s customers, as well as give an in-depth insight into the central business challenges facing companies in the retail, travel, financial services, media and gaming and entertainment industries with illustrations from practical case studies, focusing on aspects such as self-serve, mobile, apps and personalisation.

For the first time, the Maxymiser product and technology teams will be sharing best practices and real life examples of how developers can utilise the power of the Maxymiser platform during a dedicated ‘Tech Track’ session.
