LONDON, UK -- SignStix, a cloud-based digital signage software solution, has announced the release of its new Photoshop export feature to ease layer management and content creation.

Developed as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, SignStix now offers the capability to convert layers of a Photoshop document into SignStix format. In just one simple step, users can retain all Photoshop layers and their properties before uploading them to SignStix’s intuitive creation tool, Creator, where layers can be easily manipulated and animated within seconds.

The plugin is expected to help reduce the barriers to the adoption of digital signage. For a while, the industry has recognised that organisations of all sizes are continually deferring the acquisition of digital media technology due to their concerns regarding content creation and the strain it would have on internal (and external) resource. With the SignStix platform, these barriers are completely eliminated thanks to enhanced features such as the Photoshop plugin, which are designed to significantly improve workflow and accelerate the process of engaging customers.

“The new Photoshop export feature is testament to SignStix's technological expertise and creative innovation; SignStix has become a unique SaaS, which is continually enhanced to provide an exceptional user experience” said SignStix Director, Nick Fearnley.
