Today, Econsultancy launches its annual Top 100 Digital Agencies 2015 report, sponsored by Telerik Sitefinity and highlighting the biggest digital agencies across full service and marketing, design and build, technical, creative and media.

SapientNitro and IBM Interactive Experience ranked at the top of the table and well ahead of other agencies, with UK fee incomes from digital hitting £165,433,349 and £142,508,100 respectively. AKQA sits at third place with a UK fee income of £61,307,825.

Along with the report, Econsultancy has produced a comprehensive, interactive online index, allowing users to easily access information on agencies in addition to an Agency Navigator, developed to assist client-side marketers in sourcing the most suitable agency for their needs.

As well as featuring agencies ranked by fee income, the report includes a regional breakdown, a list of the most respected agencies, most influential people and profiles of agencies, providing useful benchmarking data for digital agencies and supplier selection resources for marketers.

Key statistics from the Top 100 Digital Agencies Report 2015:
• The top five agencies hold 29% of the fee income of the entire Top 100.
• The average projected fee income increase for the next 12 months across the Top 100 this year is 21%.
• More than a quarter of the Top 100 are projecting that their fee income will rise by 30% or more over the coming year.

Since 2014, the average fee income across the 100 has increased by 25%, with 77% of agencies saying they were ‘very optimistic’ about the next 12 months, despite a shift in talent from agency-side to client-side.

Ashley Friedlein, Econsultancy Founder and Centaur Marketing President says: “As client-side brands increasingly bring digital talent in-house, agencies are having to extend their skillset beyond their traditional services and reposition themselves to adapt to the new marketing environment. Creating a consistent, relevant and engaging customer experience is at the top of marketer’s priorities and those agencies willing to embrace the challenge of providing a balance of data expertise and creativity will be well-placed to excel. This year’s Top 100 Digital Agencies report highlights those agencies that are delivering on this already.”
