Toyota GB has appointed Jellyfish as the retained creative agency for its After Sales division, following a three-way pitch.

As the strategic and creative partner for Toyota After Sales in the UK, Jellyfish is tasked with delivering a complete brand refresh for the division, which will include a website re-launch, CRM activity, display advertising and print. The overarching brief will be to raise awareness of the post sales care and the services offered to Toyota owners. The creative platform for the rebrand is entitled ‘Toyota Loves’ and will focus on showing how much the company genuinely cares for every Toyota – and every owner.
