London, United Kingdom, 1st August – The Search Works®, creators of BidBuddy® and pioneers of search marketing in Europe has opened a new headquarters in Ramillies Street, Soho.

The move comes as a result of the company’s phenomenal growth this year, which has seen the recruitment of 25 new staff and a 60% increase in the number of clients, including Holiday Hypermarket and Shopzilla. The total year on year growth of the UK business (first six months of 2004 to first six months to 2005) has exceeded 400%. The Search Works has also focused on its European expansion, opening its German office in April and in France in early July.

“The relocation of our London operation to the heart of Soho is the culmination of an exciting few months for us,” said Nick Hynes, CEO of The Search Works. “This move is the latest in the ongoing re-shaping of our business, which began with our re-branding from WSPS in February and has recently seen the opening of our French and German operations.”

The new premises in the heart of Soho, London’s fashionable media hub, comprise over 3000 sq ft of warehouse-style office space which will accommodate The Search Works’ growing team. They will enjoy a newly refurbished office, which will also provide improved facilities for The Search Works’ increasing number of customers and partners.

The move to Soho will be complete by 1st August 2005.
