• The acquisition will further strengthen Ve’s position in the programmatic market, where software is used to automate the buying, placement, and optimisation of media inventory.

London, UK, December 12 - Ve Interactive (“Ve”), a leading data company delivering enhanced website conversion and digital advertising on one technology platform, has completed the acquisition of UK media buying and creative agency, Crave & Lamb, for approximately £3m.

Founded in 2012, Crave & Lamb is one of the UK’s top 100 media agencies . The award-winning business specialises in creating highly targeted marketing campaigns that connect brands with the right audiences, through a range of programmatic solutions across display, paid social and video-on-demand. Their clients include Coral, JustFab, and Music Magpie.

With programmatic advertising predicted to grow by 31% in 2017 , this acquisition will strengthen Ve’s position in the programmatic market, giving clients access to an even deeper pool of high-quality ad inventory to reach new customers. This announcement follows the acquisition in September 2016 of Optomaton, a digital advertising company with programmatic video at its core. The acquisition of Crave & Lamb adds further value to Ve’s diverse product offering, giving businesses access to conversion-enhancing technology and digital advertising, in one integrated platform.
