MetaPack, the global leader in eCommerce delivery management, is drawing together the cream of the retail and carrier industries to deliver thought-provoking presentations at The Delivery Conference on Tuesday, 31st January at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster, London.

The annual event dedicated to all eCommerce and eDelivery issues provides the first opportunity in the year for the sector to come together and share vital insight and experience following the busy peak and Christmas period. The forum is designed to inspire visitors with ideas and innovations that they can use as part of their strategic planning.

The keynote address will be made by Patrick Wall, CEO at MetaPack, discussing trends in delivery before the conference gets underway. This, the eighth year of the conference, will feature an agenda with morning and afternoon plenary sessions comprising two streams and four different theatres. In the eCommerce and Customer Experience stream, Brand Experience and Insight will focus on the emotion of delivery, including building loyalty, growth and brand equity. This will be followed by Returns, looking at the opportunity and how to close the loop on delivery experiences. In the Logistics and Carrier Stream, the focus turns to Delivery Download outlining the carrier landscape and innovation for the year ahead, whilst the afternoon session addresses International Crossborder, in particular the future of crossborder delivery.
