Diageo’s head of programmatic, Gawain Owen, is set to join independent digital agency Jellyfish as digital strategy director on 1st August.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Owen is widely recognised as a digital industry expert and thought leader in programmatic. His ability to understand the consumer and how they engage with media have led to his proven track record in achieving business goals. Prior to Diageo, Owen held the title of programmatic media manager at Nestlé.

As digital strategy director at Jellyfish, Owen will work across the agency’s client base, guiding businesses as they continue to transform for the digital age. The role will incorporate strategic digital support and digital consultancy, as well as guidance on how clients can best tool up to ensure they are well equipped to achieve their business goals in a digital world. In his new role, Owen will work across the agency’s client base, which includes Experian, Nestlé and Samsung.
