LONDON – November 20, 2017 – MetaPack, the global leader in eCommerce delivery technology, has announced a new partnership with Mail Handling International (MHI), the developer of global postal logistics solutions, which further boosts its rapidly growing Certified Carrier Programme.
The partnership will allow retailers and brands on the MetaPack Delivery Management platform to provide their customers with greater access to multiple international carriers and a broader range of delivery options.
MHI joins the prestigious MetaPack Certified Carrier Programme alongside just over sixty international and domestic delivery companies, all of whom have had their services fully certified.
The company is highly experienced in providing global post and parcel delivery services to online and mail order retailers. In optimising the costs and service choices it delivers to customers, it prides itself on exceeding their expectations.
MHI has invested heavily in a new, state-of-the-art sortation plant that has had a significant impact on its processing capacity. It also operates a TrackMail tracking and query management portal and provides extensive process reporting supported by its experienced Account Management team. The receipt of consistent client mailing data through the MetaPack platform will allow the company to extend the range of services that it makes available.
This high level of commitment to delivery excellence is essential for certification under the MetaPack Certified Carrier Programme, which ensures that carrier services are consistently fit for purpose. This enables retailers to access a carrier mapping feature so they can match services to their needs, and speeds up their on-boarding process when moving on to the MetaPack delivery platform.
Mail Handling International CEO, Paul Brown said, “Giving customers choice and integrity of distribution is at the core of MHI. We are excited to have integrated with MetaPack as this will further improve the experience of retailers and consumers internationally.”
Membership of the Certified Carrier Programme means that MHI will be automatically aligned with MetaPack’s sales and key accounts. Its certified services give retailers the confidence to know they can gain quick and efficient access to the full portfolio with no additional costs for integration.
“The global scale of the operation at MHI means that the retailers and brands on our platform will hugely benefit from the new delivery options and services that it offers,” said Simon Croft, Carrier Account Director at MetaPack. “MHI are a great example of the high volume and high-performance carrier we are looking for to join the MetaPack Certified Carrier Programme. This is a win-win situation for both companies and the many retailers and brands looking for superior quality services in the UK and overseas.”
