MetaPack hosts its ninth annual event, presenting the industry’s leaders and heroes, talking eCommerce and customer experience, logistics and carriers

LONDON – 18 January, 2018– MetaPack, the global leader in eCommerce delivery technology, is gathering leading lights from the retail and carrier industries to present at The Delivery Conference (TDC18) on Tuesday, 30th January at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster, London.
The event plays host to speakers of the highest calibre. Patrick Wall delivers keynote
TDC 2018 will open with a keynote address from Patrick Wall, Founder and Director at MetaPack, in which he will take the audience through the 2017 peak performance and highlight major year-on-year trends in eCommerce delivery. He will include key conclusions from MetaPack’s recent consumer research and give MetaPack’s view of noteworthy eCommerce trends over the next three years. Following Patrick will be keynote addresses from Sir Ian Cheshire, Chairman, Debenhams, Nick Wheeler, Founder and Chairman at Charles Tyrwhitt and Dr Ludwig Hausmann, Partner at McKinsey &Co.

The topics of Brexit and customs, and the implications of GDPR for eCommerce will be discussed at two separate roundtables taking place during the lunchtime session. Delegates can also listen to a panel discussion on European Logistics in the afternoon, which will feature Pierce AB, Hilti and Arvato and a retailer perspective session immediately after featuring Shop Direct, Asda, ASOS and River Island.
