London has been working with British Airways Holidays to redesign their website (, giving the site a brand new user experience by redesigning key pages.

The site has been updated by to create a more vibrant and functional site and deliver a smooth customer experience.

Within the site, the new designs aim to fully engage existing customers of by offering better usability, improved navigation, sign-posting and a more inspirational design. By enhancing the existing format and making the imagery more emotive, the site improvements endeavour to trigger the consumers’ imagination and fuel their desire for the holiday destinations being offered by British Airways.
