Trinity Mirror Chooses Falk AdSolution for National Online Advertising Delivery and Management

MGN Digital Signs Deal for Complete Online Advertising, Inventory Optimisation and Rich Media Technology Suite for National Advertising Clients

London, UK - 30th June, 2005 - Falk eSolutions, a leading global provider of online advertising delivery and marketing management solutions, announced today that MGN Digital, which is responsible for advertising on Trinity Mirror's national websites, will use the full range of Falk's AdSolution adserver suite to deliver online advertising, optimise inventory and run rich media campaigns for its clients.

As part of Trinity Mirror's online strategy, MGN Digital's remit is to grow audiences and revenues for its portfolio of websites. The premier site in the portfolio, the new Daily Mirror website, www.mirror.co.uk, was launched in April 2005 and MGN Digital is planning to relaunch more national titles online in the next 2 months. Trinity Mirror's national sites currently enjoy over 2.4million unique users and this total is expected to rise to over 3million users in 2006. And with currently over 20million advertising impressions per month, MGN Digital is anticipating to increase its online advertising inventory to over 30million per month in 2006.

The agreement between Falk and Trinity Mirror will also see MGN Digital use the AdFront advertising sales and trafficking suite from Fivia, a key Falk technology partner. Fivia AdFront is accessible through Falk's technology with a single, integrated interface for comprehensive order entry, revenue reporting, trafficking, adserving and billing management.

The full AdSolution suite, including the core AdSolution adserver, Adsolution|rx inventory optimisation and AdSolution|fx rich media management components, will enable MGN Digital to deliver online advertising with highly efficient dynamic campaign management, class-leading intelligent bandwidth and geo-targeting, flexible, reliable and scalable inventory management and delivery, and comprehensive rich media handling built-in. Fully dynamic and integrated tracking and reporting of campaigns will also enable MGN Digital to deliver consistent and reliable reports to its clients, reducing potential campaign discrepancies and for the first time giving MGN Digital's advertisers a level playing field with which to evaluate multiple creatives across different rich media vendors, sites and platforms.
