MGN Digital Signs Deal for Complete Online Advertising Sales, Inventory Optimisation and Billing Process Management for Advertisers

London, UK - 22nd September 2005 - FIVIA SA, the leading supplier of online advertising sales solutions today announced that MGN Digital, which is responsible for advertising on Trinity Mirror's national websites, will use FIVIA's AdFront to manage its online advertising sales, inventory and customer billing. MGN Digital and its advertisers will benefit from an integrated solution that provides automated sales proposals and insertion orders and significantly increases the overall efficiency of the MGN Digital advertising sales and administration process.

As part of Trinity Mirror's online strategy, MGN Digital's remit is to grow audiences and revenues for its portfolio of websites. The premier site in the portfolio, the new Daily Mirror website, www.
mirror.co.uk, was launched in April 2005 and MGN Digital is planning to relaunch more national titles online shortly. Trinity Mirror's national sites currently enjoy over 2.8million unique users and this total is expected to rise to over 3million users at the end of 2005.
And with currently over 20million advertising impressions per month, MGN Digital anticipates that it will increase its online advertising inventory to over 30million advertising impressions per month in 2006.

The agreement between Trinity Mirror and FIVIA will see MGN Digital use the AdFront sales, trafficking and advertising management suite through a single, integrated interface with the MGN adserver, providing a total and comprehensive online advertising customer sales, order entry, revenue reporting, trafficking, adserving and billing management solution.
