Teletext Signs Substantial AdManager Hosted Contract, Allowing Company to Serve a Minimum of 50M Ads per Month across its Site Network

LONDON, UK (AD:TECH LONDON) – September 28, 2005 – Accipiter Solutions, Inc., an online advertising technology innovator since 1996, today announced at AD:TECH London that it has secured UK-based media giant Teletext as an AdManager Hosted customer. In a lucrative deal that saw Teletext move from a major competitive ad management solution to Accipiter’s AdManager, the company now has the ability to serve a minimum of 50 million online ads across its entire site network.

Teletext is the UK’s leading text information provider to analogue & digital television, the Internet, and mobile devices. One of their most recent successes is the Teletext holiday and travel division, composed of a couple of interactive television channels and a web site,, which sell package holidays, flights, and other travel-related services.

Teletext recently went live with the AdManager solution, serving all standard ad formats as well as many rich media formats to its online visitors. AdManager is currently being used to manage online ad campaigns targeted at search criteria including destination and family size entered in the Teletext holiday and travel site,

In the near future, Teletext plans to implement AdManager’s geo-targeting capabilities, as well as employ post-impression and post-click tracking. In addition, Teletext plans to explore session-based behavioural targeting provided by AdManager V8.
