In February, Econsultancy will host a roundtable on the topic of UX (User Experience). UX improvements can radically increase your customers' engagement, conversions and loyalty. The challenge for modern marketers is customers seek to engage with brands via multiple interfaces. Brands have complete control over their corporate websites but may be restricted when customers interact via third party interfaces including social media and increasingly, via chatbots and voice interfaces.
Marketing leaders and UX professionals are invited to participate February's roundtable to discuss trends, challenges and best practice.
Roundtables are interactive events where everybody's voice will be heard and so participation is expected. This roundtable aims to examine how organisations are approaching UX in 2019. Attendees are encouraged to contribute with their ideas, experience and questions about their strategic challenges in 2019.
The roundtable will be facilitated by Econsultancy Senior Analyst Seán Donnelly who will invite participants to discuss:
- People: What skills UX professionals need to be successful in 2019?
- Process: What procedures do organisations have in place to support UX initiatives across multiple interfaces?
- Strategy: Do organisations have a clearly defined UX strategy to support consistency of interactions across both the main website, voice interfaces and third party interfaces?
- Technology: What tools are marketers using to support UX design and UX testing?
Who Should Attend?
Exclusively available for Advanced Econsultancy subscribers, this roundtable session is suited to those involved in UX. This includes marketers, designers, project managers, copywriters and product owners. We ask that attendees have something to contribute to discussions as well as areas in which they'd like to learn to ensure conversation is beneficial to all.
We aim to ensure a healthy balance between brand and supply-side participation with subject experts in attendance to deliver an open, productive and rounded conversation for all. Attendance is limited to one participant per organisation. There are strictly no sponsors or journalists present. All roundtables are facilitated by Econsultancy.
