    Ken Ong is a highly motivated individual with a result-driven demeanour to achieving his personal goals. In the last 19 years, he had excelled in a multitude of sales, operations and marketing positions – in the Manufacturing industry, Distribution, Channel Sales, Training and recently Online Business.

    Ken started his career as an Application Engineer and rose the ranks to become Sales Engineer, and subsequently Account Manager & Sales Manager in his 9 years of service with the company.

    Ken, then moved on to a multi-platform industrial company with highly trusted brands, and was the Area Sales Manager managing the Asian marketplace.

    In 2008, Ken made a career switch and joined a real estate agency as Senior Sales Director. In his 3-year stint there, Ken achieved remarkable market share and maintained a strong pool of clients and investors. Then in 2011, Ken accepted the offer to manage the Operations and Marketing arm of a real estate service provider that primarily provided foreign students accommodation and other real estate investments. Within 2 short years, he successfully established education agencies in China, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

    Ken is currently actively engaged in his online businesses with e-Marketplaces such as Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee. He joined the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies in 2017 as an Associate Trainer, and delivers various programmes related to below:
