    How you can develop a framework to improve your customer’s experience (with the aim of increasing sales volume, sales value and customer retention).

    You’ll learn how to use the most effective digital marketing channels to get and keep customers (including search, email and affiliate marketing).

    Learn the best ways to present your product to an online audience, when and how you should offer product recommendations.

    Practical, hands-on exercises – there will be lots of group exercises designed to help you apply your new knowledge to realistic ecommerce situations.

    Who should attend?

    If you work in retail or ecommerce, there’s something in this course for you. However, since we cover so many topics, you’ll probably benefit most if you’ve been working within ecommerce for less than 3 years or want practical advice on selling more effectively online.

    Laptop/Tablet is required – please bring a laptop/tablet for some of the hands-on exercises.

At House of Fraser James was the Business Lead for a global multi-channel digital transformation project, helping the business launch an international pilot project for the Australian market. 

    He’s active in the industry and co-host of #EcomChat, an weekly industry Twitter chat on ecommerce topic.
