      Description

Data-driven marketing requires a data-led organisation. Most organisations recognise the value of data, but continue to face many challenges around being able to make the most of that value. Barriers often include company culture and organisational structure, technology infrastructure, along with the recruitment and retention of skilled staff.

      Participants are invited to discuss:

      • Examine how the role of the data professional has developed with the growing importance of data, and how it is likely to change in response to changes in technology, regulation and organisational thinking.
      • Discuss organisational challenges and how companies are overcoming these.
      • Discuss strategies for improving understanding and co-operations between different disciplines within the data team.
      • Discuss emerging best practice in ensuring closer, more efficient working between marketers and their data colleagues
