    Description

    In partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute and NTUC, this Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing programme is facilitated by a panel of experienced digital marketing professionals.

    Participants are eligible for 70% course fee funding. Up to 70% salary funding during on-the-job training and reskilling programme. Terms and conditions apply.

    In 7 days of live workshop, and guided self-learning (webinars, micro learning modules and reports), participants will gain expertise and skills in wide area of digital marketing topics including social media, analytics, search engine marketing and content marketing.

    Participants who successfully complete the programme will be awarded the Econsultancy’s Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing.

    Post-workshop mentoring completes the programme to help participants develop in the digital marketing roles.

    70% COURSE FEE SUBSIDY is available for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents (PRs) subject to terms and conditions. Participants pay only the remaining 30% of course fees after all applicable discounts. The 70% course fee subsidy is claimed by Econsultancy/ClickAcademy Asia from NTUC/e2i.

    SALARY FUNDING FOR NEW HIRES (TO BE APPROVED BEFORE THE START OF COURSE)

    • Duration of funding - 3 months
    • New Hire Definition - Anyone hired up to 3 months before the start of course
    • New Hire's Profile - Must not have exactly the same experience previously. It has to be a professional conversion into a function that this course teaches - general digital marketing, Search or Data & Analytics.
    • How much is the salary funding? It's up to 70% of a maximum salary of S$ 4,000 per month. The maximum will be S$ 2,800 per month (70% of S$4,000). There is no funding on CPF contributions.
    • When will salary funding start? If course starts 21st Feb, then the company will have to submit their pay slips monthly for March, April and June to e2i, at the end of each month together with their OJT plan. The amount will be disbursed within 3 months of submitting each claim.

    This programme targets marketing professionals, business owners, c-level professionals and individuals who want to enhance their knowledge in digital marketing, and are looking for a credible certification course with “live” training conducted locally.

    There is no minimum qualification or pre-requisite set for the programme, but participants who have at least 2 years of marketing experience will be preferred.

    This certification programme covers 3 main modules delivered in 7 face-to-face workshops, and guided online learning.

    MODULE 1 – DIGITAL MARKETING FUNDAMENTALS
    (3 full day live face-to-face workshops, and 25 hours of guided online learning)

    Day 1 – overview of digital marketing, frameworks & processes, email marketing & marketing automation, digital marketing technology

    Day 2 – display advertising, market and demand research, paid search advertising

    Day 3 – search engine optimisation (SEO), content marketing, module certification test

    • 12 hours of 24 micro learning modules (about 30 mins each)
    • 13 hours of online webinars and resources

    MODULE 2 – SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER MARKETING
    (2 full day face-to-face workshops, and 11.5 hours of guided online learning)

    Course content of live workshops:

    Day 4 – social media marketing including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn Marketing

    Day 5 – influencer marketing, social media marketing in China, module certification test

    Course content of guided online learning:

    • 2.5 hours of 5 micro learning modules (about 30 mins each)
    • 9 hours of online webinars and reports

    MODULE 3 – DATA & ANALYTICS
    (2 full day face-to-face workshops, and 11 hours of guided online learning)

    Day 6 – overview of data analytics and measurement

    Day 7 – Google Analytics and other data analytics tools, module certification test, project presentation

    Jeff Rajeck is currently a researcher, trainer and consultant for Econsultancy in APAC and posts frequently on the Econsultancy blog about social media marketing, analytics and statistics (http://econsultancy.com/blog/authors/jeff-rajeck).

    For the last 5 years, Jeff has been providing SEO, SEM, social and digital marketing analytics consulting in Singapore. His approach is to look at his customers' businesses from first principles and determine how best to reach and interact with their target audience using the available platforms and technology.

    Recently he has advised customers on how to use new social channels for recruitment, using an analytical approach to optimize spend and demonstrate ROI. Previous clients include Deutsche Bank, DBS, Siemens, JP Morgan, BASF, and Fujitsu - each of whom faced difficulty recruiting using other digital channels and experienced superior results on social media.

    Before working in digital media, Jeff provided analytics training to Standard Chartered Bank, The Singapore Exchange, and hedge funds.
