This week saw the Masters of Marketing 2016 award winners announced at a star-studded dinner hosted by Stephen Mangan.
The event kickstarted the two-day Festival of Marketing (headlined by Steve Wozniak, Martin Sorrell, Keith Weed and Katie Price), where award winners and nominees had their work showcased in the Festival Gallery.
The Festival of Marketing came to a close today, with day two seeing the announcement of more Masters of Marketing winners.
The all-new awards combine the prestige of the Marketing Week Engage Awards and Econsultancy’s The Digitals, and seek to showcase the best work all year round through both publications.
Day one of The Festival of Marketing saw the first ever winners of The Masters of Marketing awards announced throughout the day.
The shortlisted work was showcased from the Masters Gallery and broadcast across Festival TV.
Last night we announced the winners of The Digitals awards, which celebrated the best of digital marketing and ecommerce.
At an awards ceremony at Tobacco Dock, compere Michael Underwood announced the winning entries.

So, after reading through more than 700 entries, we have decided upon a shortlist of 189 for our Digitals Awards.
All entries were judged during the first phase by Econsultancy’s internal staff then sent to our external judges, comprised of some of the finest minds in digital marketing and ecommerce.
The judges work at firms such as John Lewis, Sky, Selfridges, BBC, Oxfam and more (You can see the full list here).
There have been some really fantastic things going on in digital in the past year or so, and the shortlist represents real innovation and best practice in our industry.
Well done to all who have been shortlisted, and commiserations to the others who just missed out (some by very narrow margins).
In no particular order, here are the shortlisted entries…
This weekend sees the first ever YouTube Video Music Awards streamed online. In many ways, it’s like a lot of other music awards: there’s glitz, there’s glamour, and there’s Lady Gaga, One Direction and Rihanna (though Cher’s invite is presumably still in the post…).
However, the YouTube awards are different in one major way. Any videos shared across Facebook, Twitter or Google+ since September 2012 contribute to deciding the winner, alongside user votes.
Just over a year ago, in August 2012, Nielsen revealed some research that revealed YouTube as the number one music discovery source for under 18s – a figure that can only have grown in the past 12 months. Arguably, this makes these awards the most relevant of all.
Last night we announced the winners of the Econsultancy / NMA The Digitals awards, which celebrated the best of digital marketing and ecommerce.
At a posh do at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, compere Dara O’Briain announced the winners, which included brands like Barclays, ASOS and Auto Trader.
