In September, we launched a groundbreaking experience platform for F1. We recruited Matt Holt as CSO, Emma de la Fosse as CCO and Rafe Blandford as Chief Product Officer. We developed new IP, including the Wonder Index – our pioneering data science methodology for classifying emotions across the customer journey.
