Tools & techniques

Practical guidance on how UX and design can work within an Agile environment including: focusing on outcomes, testing assumptions and building MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).

Outputs

Developing artefacts that will support your lean UX and Agile design efforts, including: Personae & user stories, style guides and pattern libraries.

• Managing Agile

How to manage your Lean UX and Agile design projects, including scheduling, communication and risk management.

Who should attend?

Our course is designed to support front-end designers in applying their skills within an Agile environment. For example: UX professionals, graphic designers and UI designers. You might also benefit if you are interested in maximising the effectiveness with which UX and front-end design can be integrated within an Agile environment.

Laptop/Tablet is not required – for your convenience, all exercises are discussion-led and paper-based.

Moorgate has 4 exits and you need to head towards the 2 exits either side of Moorfields Road (these exits are towards the Metropolitan line gates). As you come out onto Moorfields Road you will see a Holland and Barrett store adjacent to the tube station – Tenter House is the next building a few yards further up on the same side of the road, just before the Red Cross building.
