Dare’s joint executive creative director, Danny Brooke-Taylor, has resigned from the agency – leaving Flo Heiss to take the full mantle of the role herself.

DataSift has hired Tim Barker as CMO from his role as VP of marketing in EMEA at Salesforce Europe. He willl be overseeing global corporate and product marketing from the company’s UK office in Reading. 

The Guardian has hired Mike Blakemore as director of engineering, he joins from his position as CTO at LoveFilm and will report to director of digital development Tanya Cordrey.

Hypernaked has appointed Klas Lusth as its deputy creative director, he moves from a freelance senior creative role at Fallon.

M&C Saatchi UK has hired Elspeth Lynn as group executive creative director from her role as executive creative director for Profero.

Havas-owned MPG Media Contacts has brought in digital consultant Darren Goldie to lead a new multi-discipline digital team as head of performance.

Ogilvy & Mather UK has moved Leo Ryan from his role as social lead of the Ford team at Ogilvy PR to group head of social within its new Social@Ogilvy practice in London. 

Shazam has appointed Miles Lewis as VP of ad sales for UK and Europe to expand advertising opportunities within its app.

Twitter has hired former Google India MD Shailesh Rao as VP of international revenue, and Stephen McIntyre, former senior director of new products for media and platforms at Google, to lead international roll out of its self-service ad platform.

Yahoo has appointed former digital manager at Vizeum Mark Gilleran to head its Irish sales operations.
