Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R has merged Saint into its main agency, and brought in former chief digital officer at M&C Saatchi Group and Play founder, Jon Sharpe as its chief innovation officer. Though Saint’s founders, Adam Graham, Simon Labbett and David Gamble, left last year, Saint’s head of strategy Mark Sng becomes planning director and head of project management Roberto Cervantes will now share the role with RKCR/Y&R’s Scott Ketcher.

Red Lorry Yellow Lorry has hired former technology journalist Spencer Dalziel as head of media and content.

VCCP has brought in former M&C Saatchi strategy director Simon Rich as its head of planning. Rich replaces Tracey Follows, who has been promoted to a newly-created role of executive planning director.

Yummi Media Group has hired former Fremantle Media Group  CEO Simon Spalding to take the same position at the digital media company.
